Durand’s Bat Removal was founded on years of hands on experience in professional bat exclusion.

Neal began working with bats in 2019, starting on the East Coast with a large pest control company where he gained extensive experience in safe, humane bat exclusion. After relocating to Colorado, it quickly became clear just how many bat related issues homeowners face across the state.

While Colorado may not be known for large public bat colonies, many bats roost in smaller groups within homes, attics, and structures. We saw a growing need for specialized bat exclusion work and built our company to help homeowners protect their homes and restore peace of mind.

Rachel plays an active role in the business and assists with both administrative operations and field work. She has been trained in the technical aspects of bat exclusion and may be on site during inspections or exclusion work.

During peak season, we are also supported by trained seasonal technicians who assist with field work as demand increases. Every technician working directly with bats or affected areas is properly trained and maintains current vaccinations to ensure safety for both homeowners and our team.
